Experience

I am a Qualified Teacher and a Ph.D. I prоvide аt low rate a wide range of tutoring since I have a specialism in teaching: biology, natural sciences, chemistry, astronomy, microbiology, geology. I am also a nutritionist. My teaching experience includes the role of teacher of science and maths for students of lower secondary school, the role of teaching assistant in science in upper secondary school as well as experiences in special needs education. Furthermore, during my Ph.D. course, my teaching activity consisted in lessons, laboratory practical, participation to examining boarding, role of thesis advisor in the university courses “Plant Ecological Physiology” and “Plant Physiology”. I had also the role of tutor in catch up and preparatory lessons for exams and I think that this role has enhanced my skill in planning and preparing lessons and moreover in motivating students to appreciate science.

I like working with children, it makes me happy; I think to be able to encourage and motivate them to study and I believe to have a high level of patience to support them. Other my achievement and interests include: • Winner of an award for my PhD thesis: “Risposte alla somministrazione di terre rare in piante modello: valutazione delle variazioni di sistemi antiossidanti e loro ruolo in stress abiotici” (2011). • I am also a writer, I published the book: : “7 punti critici per dimagrire…anche senza attività fisica”. ISBN: 9788891056672. • Knowledge of molecular laboratory technologies. • Full, clean driving licence. • Keen swimmer, in particular I enjoy swimming near sea cliffs, I practiced modern dance for about 7 years, I think that swimming and dance have also trained my self-control and patience.
