Experience
Chartered Financial Analyst Qualification – Group Preparatory Sessions with prestigious institutes 2009/2012/2015 – Have held over 50 hours of preparatory session with a class size of 8-10 students covering various CFA modules CFA Case Study - 2009: I taught the Fixed Income Module for CFA Level 2 to 10 students for 12 hours a week over a month in 2009, at Capital Knowledge ( a premier tutoring Institute in Bahrain) . Following each session I helped several students with their questions on the different topics covered during a particular session. A particular student who I was guiding on a one-to-one basis was Rahul who was facing issues with the core understanding of discounted cashflows and principle of time value of money as applied to valuing fixed income annuities. Further, I helped him in gaining fluency in using the financial calculator to be used for the exam. CFA Case Study – 2012/2015: Among the several CFA modules I taught at Morgan International (a premier tutoring institute in the Middle East), Financial Statement Analysis (FSA) was a core module for the exam. I taught this particular module for close to 30 hours cumulatively over a month. Similar to my experience in Bahrain, following the teaching session I dedicated a 15-20 minute time slot to iron out any questions and misconceptions expressed by any student.
