I believe that in early stage of education, getting the concept right is more important than getting the answer correct numerically, because the teacher can change the question slightly and if you just memorize how to solve the problem then you will never learn. Experience
I have several tutoring experiences as a private tutor. Firstly, I tutored for a Chinese international student last year, mainly for his IB examination in physics and mathematics. The student was very satisfied with my teaching and achieved a level 5 in IB after a half year of tutoring (aim for level 4). Also, I was a class tutor in a primary school in 2014 summer. My main duty is to teach students who encountered difficulties in their assignments in the homework class. I considered myself as a patient and enthusiastic person in teaching.
